Plaslube® PA6 GF40 ML2 HS UV BK by Techmer PM is a polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 40% glass fiber and lubricated with molybdenum disulfide. Is a UV- and heat stabilized grade exhibiting good UV resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and can be used in manufacturing of automotive parts like door-lock mechanisms and seat adjustment assemblies, panel bezels, fuel filter housings, business machine covers, disc drive covers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components and HVAC components. Potential electric and consumer electronic applications also include internal gears, bushings, bearings, support brackets, pulleys, connectors, structural housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, EMI/RFI shielding components and abrasive wear applications in contact with paper.
