Plaslube® J-50/30/TF/15

Plaslube® J-50/30/TF/15 is an internally lubricated, RoHS complaint polycarbonate grade filled with 30% glass fiber by weight and 15% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Exhibits good dimensional stability, good toughness and high strength. Possesses reduced slip-stick nature and enhanced abrasion resistance. Improves wear resistance by lowering the coefficient of friction on the surface of molded parts. This results in extended life expectancy, lower power requirements, and reduced noise. Plaslube® J-50/30/TF/15 eliminates the need for external lubricants on parts that may be difficult to access for routine maintenance. It can be processed using injection molding. This lubricant can be used individually or synergistically. Suitable for bearings, gears and wear strips.
