Plaslube® PA6 CF30 TL15 BK

Plaslube® PA6 CF30 TL15 BK is a polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 30% carbon fiber and lubricated with 15% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Exhibits good wear resistance and low friction. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and can be used in manufacturing of automotive parts like door-lock mechanisms and seat adjustment assemblies, panel bezels, fuel filter housings, business machine covers, disc drive covers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components and HVAC components. Potential electric and consumer electronic applications also include internal gears, bushings, bearings, support brackets, pulleys, connectors, structural housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, EMI/RFI shielding components and abrasive wear applications in contact with paper.
