Chemlon® 60CF6 is a polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Has good overall rigidity, low density, improved electrical conductivity and strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in bearings & machine parts, buildings and construction industry (window hinge end cap, drapery and blind hardware, high impact roofing bolts, DIY wall plug fixtures, small diameter plumbing fittings, PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories and conservatory roof brackets). Complies with UL 94.
