Polifil® RP-HDPE

Polifil® RP-HDPE by The Plastics Group of America is a black colored, water insoluble, reprocessed high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. Possesses slight to no odor, moderate stiffness, low melt flow and excellent toughness. Exhibits outstanding chemical resistance and environmental stress crack resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Polifil® RP-HDPE is recommended for small containers, lids, large crates and bins. Used in blow molded bottles (for milk, cosmetics, chemicals), extruded items such as pipes and profiles. High molecular weight (HMW) grades are increasingly used for high strength blown films, large blow molded items such as drums, water tanks and toys.
