TORAYCA® TLP5040

TORAYCA® TLP5040 by Toray is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) reinforced with 20% long carbon fiber. It is a light weight grade and possesses excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, stiffness and dimensional accuracy, low molding shrinkage, coefficient of linear expansion and specific gravity. Offers creep-, fatigue- and abrasion resistance. Provides excellent sliding properties, electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. TORAYCA® TLP5040 can be processed using injection molding. Compiles with UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
