TORAYCA™ XTLP1040

TORAYCA™ XTLP1040 by Toray is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 20% long carbon fiber. It is a light weight grade and possesses excellent strength, rigidity, stiffness and dimensional accuracy, low molding shrinkage, coefficient of linear expansion and specific gravity. Exhibits creep- , fatigue- and abrasion resistance. It provides excellent sliding properties, electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. TORAYCA™ XTLP1040 can be processed using injection molding. It compiles with UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
