TORELINA™ A495M-A2

TORELINA™ A495M-A2 by Toray is a branched polyphenylene sulfide thermoplastic resin. It is reinforced with 50% glass fiber and mineral filler. It provides elastomeric improvement, excellent long-term heat cycling resistance even at high temperatures up to 260°C with sustained continuous use at 200°C to 240°C and good epoxy adhesion. It exhibits high strength, high rigidity, low water-absorption ratio and high flame retardancy. TORELINA™ A495M-A2 offers anti-fatigue characteristics, excellent creep resistance, excellent electrical properties, moldability, excellent fluidity, outstanding chemical resistance and high degree of resistance to acids, alkalis & various organic solvents. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for switches, connectors, electronic & electric components, alternators, automobile components and office equipment components including chassis parts & housings. It is approved by UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
