TOYOLAC™ 950 ME1

TOYOLAC™ 950 ME1 by Toray is a bisphenol-A free, transparent acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin with stable biocompatibility. It is designed for disposable medical applications like IV catheters, dialyzer, heat- and moisture exchanger. It shows excellent chemical resistance to lipids and rubbing alcohol. It exhibits best moldability, well-balanced mechanical properties and stable quality. TOYOLAC™ 950 ME1 is excellent in secondary processing (solvent adhesion, UV cure adhesion and ultrasonic adhesion). It offers excellent stability to ethylene oxide and gamma-ray sterilization. It meets USP Plastic Class VI tests and ISO10993 (Part 4, 5, 10 & 11) regulations.
