3862 is a polypropylene homopolymer grade. It is specially designed for ultra-fine staple fibers with good mechanical properties. It features excellent processability and gas fade resistance in order to significantly reduce yellowing in fibers. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and is recommended for consumer goods and high speed melt spinning processes and multifilament yarns like bulk continuous filament (BCF) and continuous filament (CF) fibers .
