585W is a low melt flow and high heat crystal polystyrene (PS) grade with high molecular weight. It makes superior foam and oriented polystyrene sheet (OPS). This grade consistently produces low residual product for foam and OPS applications. Applications include foam disposables, insulation foam board, OPS disposables. Is a FDA 21 CFR § 177.1640, UL94HB and USP Class VI compliant grade.
