HDPE XSene XLS 12 B

HDPE XSene XLS 12 B is a water-insoluble, odorless high density polyethylene grade. It is a high performance hexene-based compound. Contains an optimized formulation of additives and finely dispersed carbon black providing outstanding long-term stability in service. Exhibits superior resistance to sagging, enabling manufacture of very thick wall pipes with even wall thickness distribution. Exhibits outstanding resistance to slow crack growth and rapid crack propagation ensuring safe and long-term network operation. HDPE XSene XLS 12 B is incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. Suitable for extrusion of large diameter and thick wall pressure pipes. Applications include large, sea outfall, drinking water, irrigation, sewage, and drainage pipes. Listed on TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC, DSL and NZIoC.
