VYLOPET® EMC133

VYLOPET® EMC133 by Toyobo is polyester grade with good hydrolysis resistance. It exhibits high strength, excellent creep behavior, excellent resistance to high natural volume-, heat- and weather. This grade offers high dielectric breakdown strength, excellent mechanical- & electrical properties. VYLOPET® EMC133 is processed by injection molding. It allows easy molding process with cold molds and short molding cycle time. Hopper dryer or shelf dryer could be used for drying. For pellets exposed in the air for 30-40 minutes or more, re-dry prior to use. When the water absorption in pellets is high, resins will be hydrolyzed and resultantly, the solution viscosity of moldings will be significantly decreased. It is used in electric rice cooker parts and bathroom appliances.
