EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7710 by Trinseo is a polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC + ABS) blend. It shows outstanding UV- and ignition resistance properties. It is free from chlorinated or brominated based additives. It possesses excellent surface aesthetics. It provides chemical resistance and excellent processabilty. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7710 is used in wide range of equipment used in medical monitoring devices (housings & covers), electrical enclosures and business. A limited biocompatibility testing has been completed (ISO 10993 Parts 5 and 10) for this grade.
