PULSE™ 630 GF

PULSE™ 630 GF is a standard black 13% glass filled polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin. Possesses very high stiffness, low CLTE, excellent processability, impact-resistance, good foam adhesion, long term heat stability and low carbon emission. Provides thermal resistance that allows parts to meet the severe sunload and temperature conditions in car interiors. Scrap generation during post processing is significantly below the levels obtained with glass filled SMA. Used in instrumental panels which are to be foamed, air ducts and post operations like stamping, transportation, stacking etc. Is based on the company’s unique mass ABS technology.
