PULSE™ GX70

PULSE™ GX70 by Trinseo is a blend of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It is suitable for self-coloring and can also be supplied as factory colored. It provides outstanding low-temperature ductility, superior low gloss and high heat resistance. It offers excellent flow, low odor and low VOC values. It exhibits low-density driving to lighter and cost-optimized parts. It shows high-impact strength even at low temperature, reduced scrap and faster cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding. It can be used in wide range of automotive interior components such as mid floor consoles, instrument panel components, door panel trim, pillars and storage, load floors and glove box.
