EDISTIR® ICE S 900

EDISTIR® ICE S 900 by Versalis Eni Group is a polystyrene high impact (HIPS) grade. Contains cyclopentane to be used as blowing agents for insulating polyurethane foams. Is suitable for food contact. Exhibits very high environmental stress cracking resistance, high toughness and processability. Shows chemical resistance to oils, fats and chemical agents and in particular to cyclopentane. Designed for deep draw thermoforming, sheet extrusion and injection molding applications. EDISTIR® ICE S 900 is recommended for inner liners and frames for refrigerators and packaging containers for fatty foods. Complies with ISO 2897-PS-I, G, 93-03-07-12, EU No 10/2011 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating (internal test).
