EDISTIR® N 2380 by Versalis Eni Group is a high molecular weight polystyrene general purpose (GPPS) grade. Is suitable for food contact. Exhibits high heat resistance, stiffness and good mechanical strength. Designed for extrusion and injection molding applications. EDISTIR® N 2380 is recommended for direct gassing for biaxially oriented transparent foils, films and sheets, glass clear sheets and panels and molding of medium-thickness wall transparent parts. Used in foamed packaging trays, clear panels for shower cabins, insulation boards (XPS), OPS for labels and thermoformed packaging, molded fridge clear components, medical items (petri dishes) and technical parts. Complies with ISO 1622-PS, G, 105-03, EU No 10/2011 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating (UL file E83071).
