EDISTIR® N 3380 by Versalis Eni Group is a high molecular weight polystyrene general purpose (GPPS) grade. Is suitable for food contact. Exhibits good mechanical strength, high heat resistance and stiffness. Designed for extrusion injection molding methods. EDISTIR® N 3380 is recommended for direct gassing extrusion for biaxially oriented films & sheets, glass clear sheets and molding of appliance transparent parts and technical items. Used for manufacturing of foamed packaging trays, clear panels for shower cabins, insulation boards (XPS), molded fridge clear components, petri dishes, biaxially oriented foil (OPS) for labels and packaging. Complies with ISO 1622-PS, G, 105-03, EU No 10/2011 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating (internal test).
