EDISTIR® R 850E by Versalis Eni Group is a general purpose polystyrene high impact (HIPS) grade. Is suitable for food contact. Exhibits super high impact and good heat resistance. Designed for thermoforming, injection molding and sheet extrusion applications. EDISTIR® R 850E is recommended for deep drawn containers even diluted with high percentage of GP and tough medium-walled article moldings. Used for thermoformed food packaging such as disposable tumblers, flatwares, yoghurt cups, lids and take-away drink caps, molding of technical items, shoe heels and reels. Complies with ISO 2897-PS-I, G, 093-03-10-18, EU No 10/2011 and UL 94 HB Flame Rating (UL file E83071).
