Extir® VERDI PD VM A5000 AE by Versalis Eni Group is an expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade, containing pentane as blowing agent. Is a hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD)-free flame retardant grade, exhibiting enhanced thermal conductivity. Designed for injection molding process. Extir® VERDI PD VM A5000 AE is suitable for production of low-medium density blocks for thermal insulation sector. Recommended for construction sector. Typical applications are external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), low density elastified blocks for impact sound absorption (Trittschall), void formers, trough formers & culvert formers cut from block and blocks & slabs for road foundations and civil construction.
