VESTOLIT® E 7031 by Vestolit (Orbia Group) is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymer emulsion grade. Exhibits pronounced pseudoelastic flow. It can be processed by foaming and dipping. It can be easily stabilized using any of the usual stabilizer systems. VESTOLIT® E 7031 is suitable for producing high viscosity pastes and is used mainly in compact processing. Pastes made from it can also be used in areas from direct coating of open fabrics, to the manufacture of foamed imitation leather using the two-coat process and for spray processes such as underbody coatings of motor vehicles. VESTOLIT® E 7031 is rcommended for canvas coating & spray coating applications and is feasible for coated fabrics, unsupported layers, films and dipping & casting applications.
