VICTREX® PEEK 150FC30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade filled with 30% carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE. Shows insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Exhibits easy flow, excellent wear & chemical resistance, very low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Provides excellent strength, stiffness and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for tribological applications with thin cross sections or long flow lengths for high strength. VICTREX® PEEK 150FC30 complies with FDA.
