VICTREX® PEEK 150GL30 BLACK by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, 30% glass fiber filled polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Offers chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Provides excellent strength, stiffness and excellent dimensional stability. Exhibits easy flow, excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Recommended for complex geometries with thinner cross sections or longer flow length where higher strength in a static or dynamic system is required. Used in sterilization of medical and food contact applications. VICTREX® PEEK 150GL30 BLACK complies with FDA.
