VICTREX® PEEK 450CA30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Suitable for processing by injection molding.

Exhibits standard flow, excellent strength, stiffness, excellent dimensional stability in high temperature and harsh environments.
Provides excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Offers chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination.
It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium.
It is used in applications for higher strength and stiffness in a static or dynamic system.
VICTREX® PEEK 450CA30 complies with FDA.
