VICTREX® PEEK 450FC30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE. Exhibits standard flow, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Provides excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Possesses excellent strength, stiffness and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Offers chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Designed for injection molding and extrusion applications. VICTREX® PEEK 450FC30 complies with FDA.
