VICTREX® PEEK 90GL60

VICTREX® PEEK 90GL60 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 60% glass fiber. It is insoluble in solvents like acids, salts and oil. Offers low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Exhibits standard flow, excellent wear and chemical resistance. Possesses low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Provides excellent strength, stiffness and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for complex geometries with thinner cross sections or longer flow length where higher strength in a static or dynamic system is required. VICTREX® PEEK 90GL60 complies with FDA and is used in sterilization of medical and food contact applications.
