VICTREX® PEEK 90HMF20 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Provides excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments, strength and stiffness. Exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent wear and chemical resistance. Possesses low coefficient of friction, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Shows insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. VICTREX® PEEK 90HMF20 is designed for injection molding applications.
