VICTREX® ST™ 45GL30

VICTREX® ST™ 45GL30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, natural/ beige colored, high performance polyetherketoneetherketoneketone (PEKEKK) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Provides standard flow, purity and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good chemical resistance, low permeability or moisture absorption and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Shows improved mechanical performance in the 150°C to 200°C temperature range when compared to other unreinforced polymers. Designed for processing by injection molding. Is suitable for applications for higher strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures in a static or dynamic system. VICTREX® ST™ 45GL30 is used as a potential metal replacement solution for applications such as seals, disk drive carriers, connectors, turbo charger impellors, test sockets and wire coatings.
