N 2380 by Videolar is a high molecular weight, general purpose polystyrene (HIPS) grade available in the form of pellets and is obtained from the styrene monomer. Exhibits high mechanical strength and thermal resistance. Can be processed by sheet extrusion and injection molding. Recommended for disposable trays, bioriented films (BOPS) and shower cabin panels. Complies with the requirements of ANVISA 105/99 (Brazil) & GMC (Mercosur), U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1640 and EU 10/2011 (European Union) regulations for use in contact with food. N 2380 fulfills the requirements of UL 94 under File Number E220962.
