Vinnolit® P 80

Vinnolit® P 80 Glove by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine-grained, low fogging PVC homopolymer for plastisol processing giving low-viscosity plastisols with an excellent shelf life. Pastes formed with a medium plasticizer content show Newtonian rheology at low shear rates (Brookfield) and dilatant behavior at high shear rates. Shows low sedimentation in thin plastisols and provides good miscibility with extender resin and special blending grades. Exhibits very low moisture absorption in powder and film, excellent thermostability, excellent weathering, high storage stability, crystal clear films, high transparency, and good mechanical parameter. The dilatancy can readily be reduced or even eliminated by blending with extender resins such as Vinnolit EXT or with specialty emulsion grades. Vinnolit® P 80 can be processed using special dip coating and rotational molding for the production of toys and balls. Recommended for floor covering, CV floorings, wall coverings, artificial leather coating, metal coating, dipped gloves immersion, and textile coating apllications.
