Vinnolit® S 4099

Vinnolit® S 4099 by Westlake Vinnolit is a white-colored, porous particle containing, free-flowing PVC (polyvinyl chloride) suspension. Virtually insoluble in water. Exhibits excellent mechanical performance, primarily at elevated service temperatures. It may be processed with all standard additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, fillers & pigments, similarly to S-PVC with a low K-value. Mixed by standard hot or cold mixing methods. It can be processed in the form of a blend or granules on all standard equipment, such as extruders, injection molding machines and calenders. Suitable for flexible PVC articles. Applications for Vinnolit® S 4099 include automotive industry to produce high quality interior & exterior profiles, pedal liners, tubes and tarpaulins, construction industry for high-quality PVC-seals & gaskets and PVC-cables with high thermal stability under load. Listed in ENCS, PICCS, ECL, TSCA, DSL, AICS, IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
