Vinnolit® E 69 VS

Vinnolit® E 69 VS by Westlake Vinnolit is a very fine-particle, paste making emulsion PVC homopolymer with a medium emulsifier content. It is an odorless white powder which is virtually insoluble in water. Plastisols formed exhibits very high initial viscosity, a high yield point and a strong pseudoplastic flow behavior with medium plasticizer content. Shows excellent foaming properties with good expansion ratio and uniform, fine closed-cell structures. Used in high-quality soft synthetic leather constructions (e.g. for upholstery) and artificial leather constructions (all types). Offers good adhesion on KTL-surfaces and good miscibility with other PVCs. Suitable for printing ink applications and formulations. Used as a rheology modifier for textiles coatings. It is also suitable for rheology and adhesive component for automotive underbody coating applications. Vinnolit® E 69 VS is recommended for the manufacture of foams or high viscous compact films.
