Vinnolit® E 70 TT

Vinnolit® E 70 TT by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine particle polyvinyl chloride (PVC) homopolymeric emulsion grade designed for paste applications. It can be easily converted into a plastisol with very low viscosity (over broad shear range), strictly Newtonian flow behavior and excellent shelf life with medium plasticizer content. Offers low yellowing- or pinking effects with heat treatments over several weeks and excellent contact transparency even in thick film applications. Exhibits good thermic stability and good miscibility with extender- or blending resins. Provides flow characteristics, the low paste viscosity level, very neutral color appearance and excellent low water absorption. It is used in textile coatings (waterproofs, sunsails, tarpaulins, conveyor belts), artificial leather and flooring top coats as well as for rotational molding and dip coating processes. Vinnolit® E 70 TT is registered with ECL (Existing Chemicals List), ENCS (Handbook of Existing and New Chemical Substances), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China), DSL (Domestic Substance List), PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Inventory) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
