Vinnolit® PA 5470/5

Vinnolit® PA 5470/5 by Westlake Vinnolit is a fine-particle, paste making emulsion copolymer of vinyl chloride and 3% vinyl acetate giving medium-viscosity plastisols with slightly pseudo-plastic flow properties. Due to its vinyl acetate content, it can be processed at lower gelling temperatures than homopolymers. It may be converted into pastes by standard methods, by dissolver or by low-speed mixer. Offers significantly lower gelling temperature, good adhesion at textiles and automotive metal sheets, better mechanical properties, better abrasion resistance in UBC-mastics, and low fogging value. Vinnolit® PA 5470/5 can be processed rotational molding for toys and balls production. Recommended for floor coverings, CV floorings, artificial leather coating, automotive underbody coatings, seam sealants, and metal coating applications.
