EcoLon® MRGF1616-BK

EcoLon® MRGF1616-BK is a polyamide 6 resin reinforced with 40% glass fiber and mineral fiber. It is suitable for injection molding application. It is composed of 100% post-consumer recycled materials and provides eco-friendly and cost effective products. Possesses dimensional stability, reduce warpage, good mechanical properties like high modulus, high strength, high HDT, excellent chemical and heat resistance. Addition of mineral to glass filled nylon reduces differential shrinkage because the mineral disrupts the orientation of the glass fiber resulting in more uniform shrinkage. Used in automotive applications like switch buttons, switch housings, headlamp bracket, engine covers/beauty shields and electric cooling fans.
