Wellamid® GFX1743-BK1(PTFE) by Wellman Engineering Resins is PTFE lubricated polyamide 66/6 co-melt grade reinforced with 43% glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding. It provides reduction in wear and friction and maintains excellent chemical and heat resistance. It exhibits high strength and stiffness of nylon 66 filled-grade and resin rich good surface finish on molded parts of nylon 6 filled-grade. Wellamid® GFX1743-BK1(PTFE) is used in automotive applications.
