13870 by Westlake Chemical is a non-lead stabilized flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Offers good weatherable properties and good sunlight resistance of 720 hours. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for exterior building wire, appliance wire, and insulation applications that require UL, TW, and Class 43 certification. 13870 can service temperatures upto 75°C.
