39041 by Westlake Chemical is a flame retardant flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) grade. Offers good low temperature resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for building wire and CATV jacket applications. 39041 can service temperatures upto 90°C.
