EMAC® SP2261

EMAC® SP2261 by Westlake Chemical is a soft, pliable ethylene methyl acrylate (EMA) copolymer containing antiblock agent. Exhibits good flexibility, low heat seal properties, low temperature performance and excellent adhesion to polyolefins, polyesters & other polymers. Offers good toughness at ambient & freezing temperatures, high solids fillability and excellent environmental stress-cracking resistance. Can be processed using tie-layers, blown film & cast film extrusion. EMAC® SP2261 is recommended for films, disposable gloves, tubing and wound care applications and suitable for use as modifiers. Complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1340.
