HIFOR Xtreme® SC74849

HIFOR Xtreme® SC74849 by Westlake Chemical is a high strength, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade. It contains polymer processing aid, no slip and no antiblock. It exhibits high stiffness and high ultimate tensile strength. It offers great product breadth, flexibility and supply security from its three gas phase low pressure reactors. HIFOR Xtreme® SC74849 is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion. Films produced with this resin exhibit extreme toughness, with excellent gloss and clarity for a product of this density. It is recommended for fresh produce packaging and blends for GP clarity packaging applications. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 regulations.
