HIPS—HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE by Westlake Plastics is a natural colored, paintable, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade. Exhibits excellent dimensional stability, excellent machinability, low strength, good adhesion and is easy to fabricate. Is insoluble in water and recommended for food processing applications, machined prototypes, housings and covers. HIPS—HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE complies with FDA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
