Polysulfone Polysulfone is a self-extinguishing and tough thermoplastic. It has a high heat-distortion temperature and excellent impact resistance and ductility at very low temperatures.

Polysulfones are resistance to aqueous acid and alkaline environments. Its excellent thermal and oxidation resistance offer a high degree of melt stability for molding and extrusion. They show high melt strength, allowing for good draw-down and the manufacture of thin films.
