TYMAX®

Plastics supplied by Westlake

TYMAX® by Westlake uses its own proprietary grafting technology utilizing maleic anhydride to create a unique line of functionalized polymers. These grades are used as tie layers in flexible packaging. These functional tie layers successfully adhere to barrier materials such as Nylon, EVOH, PET, and PE.

Key benefits of TYMAX® brand are:

  • Base polymer – LLDPE, LDPE, Acrylate, Plastomer
