Are Nanoparticles Chemical or Physical Objects?. Relevance to Nanotechnology Health Risks.

While nanotechnology is usually defined as the science of objects which have at least one dimension below 100 nm, such definition is quite vague since as such covers all chemistry. In fact, a more sensible definition is related with objects which have properties between molecular chemical species and microscopic physical species.
