In Part 2 of this article on rubber replacement, we explored the current materials available that are being used as a replacement for rubber. In this third part, we will briefly review the various rubber materials and applications, which are either being replaced, or are potentially liable for replacement. The markets where the replacement of rubbers is most likely to take place include automotive, building & construction and medical amongst others.
