The Austrian firm Lechner has designed an innovative range of polycarbonate-based laundry clips in order to replace conventional metallic ones. These new one-piece laundry clips are made by injection molding on an HM 60/210 press from Wittmann Battenfeld and using a four-cavity mold within a cycle time of twenty seconds. Their design has been optimized to minimize pressure marks on garments and the absence of metal wire prevents rust stains. The PC grade that has been selected is light and UV resistant. Patented sock clips and car clips have also been developed by Lechner from the laundry clip model.
