Anne Hippert Anne graduated from the Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine, Ecole Européenne d’Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux in engineering and polymer science after a specialization in polymers science at the Technical University of Luleå in Sweden. Her career in the specialty polymers industry has included roles ranging from Engineer to Global Industry Management. She joined PolyOne in July 2008 as Regional Sales Manager- Specialty Engineered Materials for France, Italy and UK. In 2011 she was promoted to Senior Manager of European Business Development.  Anne was promoted to Marketing Director in June 2012, and in this role is responsible for the innovation strategy and market positioning for the Specialty Engineered Materials business in Europe.

Michael Bisges Founder and CEO - Plasma Innovations GmbH

Michael Bisges Michael is the founder and CEO of Plasma Innovations GmbH, a technology company developing and supplying advanced manufacturing equipment to implement high-efficiency, eco-friendly plasma treatment and coating into manufacturing processes. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of RWTH Aachen in Aachen, Germany, with specialization in Plastics Technology. Michael’s track record includes leadership and technology positions in large companies as well as start-up/early stage experience in the field of renewable energies and plastic technologies. Before founding Plasma Innovations, he was the managing director of Reinhausen Group. Previous roles include founder and CTO of Arccure Technologie GmbH, and CTO of O-Flexx Technologies GmbH.
