VALOX™ Resin HX325HP

VALOX™ Resin HX325HP by SABIC is an unreinforced, biocompatible polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin with good mold release. It is gamma-, ebeam- and EtO sterilizable. It combines outstanding processability with high chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.

It is used in high-precision diabetes management devices including components of insulin delivery pens, insulin pumps, auto-injectors and continuous glucose monitors.
It also serves as a formaldehyde-free alternative to polyoxymethylene (POM) materials.
VALOX™ Resin HX325HP complies with ISO 10993 or USP Class VI and US FDA food contact.
