Desmopan® CQ 3860D MBC091 by Covestro is an impact-modified, bio-circular ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It exhibits high wear resistance, flexibility across a wide range of temperatures, and high elasticity over the entire hardness range.

It is intrinsically soft with no plasticizer and provides excellent resistance to oils, greases, solvents, weathering and high-energy radiation.
It offers high mechanical strength and reduced carbon footprint without compromising on quality or performance.
It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
Desmopan® CQ 3860D MBC091 is used in manufacturing ski boot shells.
